Christopher Hamilton

So who is this Chris Hamilton chap? Well I’m a twenty something, aspiring writer, and geek from Edinburgh, Scotland.

Born on April 18th, a cold Wednesday morning, in 1979. Well I assume it was cold, and probably raining. It is Scotland after all. I grew up knowing I was a geek from a very young age, and that understanding technology was very easy for me. What I didn’t know, until my late teens, was how much I loved to write.

I’ve spent those last ten years working in the IT industry, and writing in my spare time. Whether it was in a journal, song lyrics, or short stories, that love of writing has slowly grown to a point where I need to try to take it further.

For the foreseeable future I’ll still be working in IT, being a geek who happens to write, it pays the bills after all. My hope is that in the coming years I will be able to say to you I’m a full time writer, who happens to be a geek.
